A steady space to explore what feels heavy, confusing or hard to shift
Therapy for anxiety, overwhelm, and relationship difficulties in Kent & online
You may not have a clear label for what you’re going through — only a sense that something feels heavier than it should, or harder to carry alone.
Perhaps you’ve been coping quietly for a while, or part of you wonders whether it’s “serious enough” to talk about.
If something feels persistent, confusing, or difficult to carry alone, that is reason enough.
You don’t have to carry this on your own.
I also recognise that experiences of identity, culture, and belonging can shape how we come to understand ourselves and our relationships, and that these aspects of experience are not always fully seen or understood. This is something I welcome and make space for in our work together.
No pressure — just a chance to see if this feels like a good fit for you
What we might explore
I work with adults (18+) navigating:
Relationship difficulties or feeling disconnected
Family dynamics that feel complicated or unresolved
Anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion
Questions around identity, meaning, or direction
Life transitions or feeling stuck
Experiences that are hard to name, but still carry weight
Sometimes clients come knowing exactly what they want to work on. Sometimes we uncover things gradually, at your pace.
How I work
I’m particularly mindful of how difficult it can be when your experience hasn’t been fully heard or understood — especially at times when you needed support the most.
This often shapes how we come to make sense of ourselves and our relationships.
My approach is relational and integrative, with a strong psychodynamic foundation.
I’m interested in how earlier experiences and relationships shape how we see ourselves and relate to others.
I also pay attention to how stress and difficult experiences live in the body, and how questions of identity, belief, or meaning influence how we make sense of our lives.
Therapy isn’t about rushing to label or fix things.
It’s about creating space to understand — gently, and at a pace that feels steady and manageable.
I aim to offer a space where you can speak openly, without judgment, and be met with care and attention.
Based in Sittingbourne, offering in-person and online therapy across the UK.
