Client records are retained for seven (7) years after services end, in line with professional guidance. After this period, records are securely deleted or destroyed.

Emails and contact form submissions are retained only for as long as necessary and then securely deleted.

  • Required by law (for example, safeguarding concerns or a court order)

  • You have given explicit consent

  • Information is discussed anonymously within clinical supervision (no identifying details are shared)

I use Google Workspace services (including Gmail and Google Meet) for communication and online sessions. These services are GDPR-compliant and encrypted.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data (in certain circumstances)
