I offer individual psychotherapy for adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My work is grounded in an integrative approach with a psychodynamic foundation, helping clients explore underlying emotional and relational patterns while developing new ways of understanding themselves. I provide culturally sensitive therapy and strive to create a space where your identity, background, and lived experience are respected. Sessions are available online and in person.

Getting started is simple. You’re welcome to contact me to arrange a consultation session, where we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and explore whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no obligation to continue beyond this first meeting — it’s a chance for us both to get a sense of how we might work together.
If you decide to proceed, we’ll agree on a regular session time and discuss what feels right for your needs and goals.

I place strong emphasis on genuine therapeutic connection. I engage with clients as whole people and bring a full, attentive presence to our work while remaining grounded in professional boundaries and clinical practice. My integrative, psychodynamic approach allows us to explore deeper emotional and relational patterns, and my culturally sensitive lens ensures your identity and lived experience are respected throughout therapy.

Sessions are £60 per appointment. Payment is made by bank transfer prior to each session. I also offer an optional block of 12 sessions for £660, which includes one session free, for clients who wish to commit to a course of therapy. Blocks are entirely optional, and therapy can be ended at any time.
I ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full.

Therapy with me is a collaborative and reflective process. I work at a pace that feels right for you, balancing careful listening with thoughtful questions that help bring clarity to what may feel confusing or stuck. At times our work may feel gently challenging, but it is always grounded in care, respect, and professional boundaries.
I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, without needing to edit yourself, and where your cultural background, identity, and lived experience are welcomed into the room. Over time, many clients find they develop deeper self-understanding, greater emotional freedom, and new ways of relating to themselves and others.
