I offer individual psychotherapy for adults seeking support with anxiety, low mood, relational difficulties, life transitions, and experiences that may feel confusing or hard to carry alone.
My work is relational and integrative, with a strong psychodynamic foundation. Together, we explore emotional and relational patterns while developing new ways of understanding yourself.
Sessions are available online across the UK and in person in Kent.

Therapy is a clinical, structured process focused on emotional wellbeing, relational patterns, and psychological development.
Soulful Support & Reflection is a non-clinical, reflective space for individuals seeking guidance, perspective, or values-based conversation without entering a therapeutic framework.
If you’re unsure which option is right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch and we can explore this together.
